I offer a free consultation, which includes a packet of helpful articles and recommended community resources for prenatal yoga, acupuncturists, midwives, childbirth educators, nutritionists, other doulas, and more.

My birth doula package includes a minimum of two prenatal meetings, assistance in the development of your personalized birth plan, on-call time of up to 3 1/2 weeks or more, attendance at your labor and birth and approximately two hours postpartum, and two postpartum visits.

My package also includes the use of my extensive library of pregnancy and labor books and materials.
